How to Order from Us

If this is your first order:
Please call us to put a credit card number on file. We will use the number for future orders, so you don't have to call in each time. Call 1-800-254-9441 M-F 9am-5pm EST.

If you already have a number on file:
Please copy and paste the following information into an email to us, or fax to 585-229-4010.

• Your name and company name.
• Your phone number (in case we have a question)
• What your customer is ordering (Please indicate product number and quantity)
• Your customer's shipping address.
• Your customer's phone number (suggested in case UPS needs to contact them).
• Your customer's email address (if you want UPS to email them with a tracking number).

We always confirm orders (by email), so if you do not get one within 24 business hours, please contact us directly so your customer's order is not delayed.
